Returns & Exchanges

At Rainbow Packaging Corporation, we prioritize food safety and hygiene; therefore, we accept returns on unused, unopened, and non-perishable packaging products within 30 days of delivery. Due to industry health regulations, custom-printed items and food-contact materials that have been opened are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return Process

    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure your items are in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging and have not been used or exposed to food prep environments.

  • 2.
    Request a Return Authorization

    Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate warehouse return address.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Pack the items securely in a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods for safety compliance, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
